“When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, Do you want to get well?

John 5:6

That question is at the heart of everything we do at Olive Branch Wellness Center. We believe healing is not just the absence of disease β€” it is wholeness in body, mind, and spirit. Our practice is rooted in faith, fueled by compassion, and guided by over two decades of clinical excellence. Every patient who walks through our doors is met with the same question Jesus asked: Do you want to get well? We are here to walk that journey with you.

Faith-Guided Purpose

Our name, Olive Branch, reflects our calling: to be an instrument of peace, restoration, and healing β€” inspired by the conviction that God placed in us a purpose to serve.

“Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.”3 John 1:2

Atiya K. Lamptey, MSN, AGNP-C FNP

Founder & Lead Nurse Practitioner

Atiya K. Lamptey is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of bedside clinical experience across some of New Jersey’s busiest emergency departments. That crucible of high-stakes care sharpened her diagnostic instincts, deepened her empathy, and gave her an unshakeable commitment to seeing every patient as a whole person β€” not just a presenting complaint.

Atiya earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Adult-Gerontology and Family Nurse Practitioner from The College of New Jersey. She holds dual certification as an AGNP-C and FNP, allowing her to care for patients across the adult lifespan β€” from young adults navigating their first health challenges to older adults managing complex, chronic conditions.

“She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy.” Proverbs 31:20

Atiya is a fierce advocate for patient education, preventive care, and dedicated outreach to underserved communities. She is especially passionate about the healthcare and mental health needs of our United States Veterans β€” a population she believes deserves far more than the system has historically offered. Her vision for Olive Branch was born from a simple, faith-grounded conviction: everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality care.

When Atiya founded Olive Branch Wellness Center, she did so intentionally β€” choosing a name that reflects both the biblical symbol of peace and her personal calling to be an instrument of healing in her community. Blending the precision of emergency medicine with a whole-person philosophy, she has built a practice where patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.
